By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About Us
HushSpots (“we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and supplies soundproof work pods and office pods with quick-installation solutions for businesses and individuals. These Terms govern your use of our website at https://hushspots.com/ and any related services we offer.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in any way that breaches applicable local, state, or federal law, transmits unsolicited promotional material, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
4. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed in writing.
5. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided through our website or by our team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is only formed when we issue a formal written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and installation costs are outlined in Section 7. Payment terms will be detailed in your order confirmation or separate commercial agreement.
7. Delivery & Installation
Free delivery is included for orders within Orange County, CA, and surrounding cities within a 25-mile radius of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Orders outside this delivery zone will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and applicable delivery charges will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Installation is available as a separate service upon request and will be quoted independently. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure the intended site meets the requirements outlined in our installation guidelines. HushSpots is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inadequate site preparation.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours but before dispatch will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the order value. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our Return Policy (Section 9) applies.

9. Return Policy
Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: the pod is uninstalled and in its original condition; original packaging is intact where possible; and the customer arranges and covers the cost of return freight.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the returned pod being received and inspected. HushSpots reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if the product shows signs of use, installation, or damage not present at delivery. Returns are not accepted for custom or modified orders.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of HushSpots or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HushSpots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
